This role requires 15+ years of engineering experience, PE licensure, and strong client-facing communication as you mentor staff and ensure adherence to standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Travels up to 25% domestically.

Mansioni

• Plan, direct, and supervise complex engineering projects and teams.
• Support lead discipline engineer in design approach and technology selection.
• Meet with clients to define goals and major decisions.
