KFI Engineers, headquartered in St. Paul, MN, seeks a Senior Technical Specialist to lead complex engineering projects and provide expert technical guidance across multiple units.

You will mentor engineers, develop standards, and ensure compliance with industry codes while collaborating with clients and internal teams. With 15+ years of experience and a PE license, you will shape project delivery, pursue continuous improvement, and contribute to business development efforts within Utilities &

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Structural, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Professional Engineering license (P.E.) required.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes and best practices.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and credibility with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences and influence outcomes.
• Strong planning, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with multi-priority management.
• Travel: Up to 25% domestic travel.

• Engage with clients to support major decisions and define project goals.
