KFI Engineers is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist in the U.S. market to lead complex engineering projects within the Utilities & Central Energy (UCE) group. The role requires 15+ years of experience, a PE license, and strong client-facing abilities.

You will drive technical excellence, mentor peers, and ensure project success from concept through commissioning. Based in Louisville area with regional opportunities, this position offers growth, collaboration, and exposure to large central

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Structural, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Professional Engineering license (P.E.) required.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and establish credibility with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences and synthesize ideas.
• Strong planning, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Travel: May include up to 25% domestic travel.

• Plan, direct, and supervise complex engineering projects and teams.
• Support lead discipline engineer in design approach and technology selection.
• Meet with clients to support major decisions and goals.
• Provide technical consultation and guidance to project teams.
• Review progress for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
