KFI Engineers in Lexington seeks a Senior Technical Specialist with 15+ years of engineering expertise and a Professional Engineer license. You will lead complex projects, mentor engineers, and deliver technically rigorous solutions across multiple business units.

You will partner with clients, review designs for quality and compliance, and help set standards and best practices. This is a high‑impact, on‑site role emphasizing leadership and problem solving.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Structural, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Professional Engineering license (P.E.) required.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Travel: May include up to 25% domestic travel
