KFI Engineers PC is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist in the Utilities & Central Energy (UCE) group. This senior role focuses on leading complex central plant projects, delivering technical excellence, and mentoring engineers across multiple business units.

The position requires 15+ years of experience, a PE license, and strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders. It includes travel up to 25% and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Structural, Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering license (P.E.) required.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and establish credibility with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

• Lead complex engineering projects and supervise project teams.
