Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in AI labs or tech startups.
• Ability to engage passive technical candidates.
• Excellent written communication for outreach.
• Familiarity with AI/ML research landscape and conferences.
• Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a talent pipeline across research, engineering, and infrastructure roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand and translate role requirements.
• Craft personalized outreach to engage passive candidates effectively.
• Track and analyze pipeline metrics to refine sourcing strategies.
