Job summary

Reddit is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Solutions Manager to lead a group of technical ICs, guiding strategic initiatives and ensuring high-quality ad signal integrations across pixels and Conversions API.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to remove blockers, optimize workflows, and scale support models while maintaining strong advertiser outcomes. Hybrid in SF office 1-2 days per week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical support or similar role.
• 3+ years in a people management role leading technical ICs.
• Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystems and signal technologies, incl. pixels and conversions API.
• Experience with AI tools, ML workflows, or AI-driven troubleshooting.
• Adept at debugging, data analysis, and using diagnostic tools.
• Experience with data management/visualization platforms (Hex, Tableau, Looker, Sense).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BA / BS degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a group of technical solutions managers, providing strategic direction and coaching.
• Oversee ads signals enablement and ensure proper integration of pixels and conversions API.
• Drive strategic, cross-functional technical initiatives across teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to remove obstacles and enable revenue growth.
• Lead advanced diagnostic procedures to troubleshoot client challenges and meet SLAs.
• Facilitate communication between leads to relay advertiser insights and feedback to shape products.
• Identify processes and tooling changes to increase team bandwidth and scale support.
• Regularly share strategic themes and metrics with leadership.
