Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager for the Tech vertical within Large Customer Sales. You will work closely with Client Partners on campaign execution and optimizations to help agencies and advertisers achieve their objectives on Reddit.

The role requires base in San Francisco or Los Angeles, with responsibilities spanning campaign launches, performance optimizations, and proactive relationship management across agencies and Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and digital measurement
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals.
Proactively manage and deepen relationships with agencies and Fortune 500 clients to drive Reddit revenue growth.
Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish and deliver insightful optimizations.
Ongoing management of internal account operations (revenue delivery and troubleshooting)
Educate brands on value proposition and best practices
Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives, and craft thoughtful media plans
Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles
Proactively represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders
Shape Reddit's native ads product roadmap by aggregating client feedback and metrics
Identify areas for improvement
Mentor and train other team members.
