Job summary

Reddit is seeking an experienced Lead Client Partner to join the Large Customer Sales team in San Francisco or Los Angeles. You will build and deepen relationships with major brands and agencies, aligning their objectives with Reddit's advertising solutions and data-driven strategies.

You will own client meetings, develop joint business plans, educate clients on the Reddit ads platform, and collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to hit ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital media with 3–5 years in sales, tech client experience preferred.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations.
• Proven ability to manage relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in verticals, product types, and measurement solutions.
• Deep existing relationships within agency and client direct space.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Educate clients on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform.
• Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products through agency and client networks.
• Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
• Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation.
• Provide strategic advice to deepen and expand client relationships.
• Share client feedback to shape product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and train other team members.
