Reddit seeks a dynamic Manager, Technical Solutions to scale our team in Los Angeles. You will lead a group of managers, validate system reliability, and resolve blockers impacting advertiser success. You’ll guide complex ad-tech configurations and ensure campaigns run reliably in-market.

The role requires 8+ years in tech support or similar, 3+ years of people management, and collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive initiatives. In-person at the LA office 1–2 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical support role or similar.
• 3+ years in a people-management role leading technical ICs.
• Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystems and signal technologies.
• Experience with AI tools or AI-driven workflows to optimize troubleshooting.
• Experience with data management platforms (Hex, Tableau, Looker, Sense).
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration across teams.
• BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a group of technical solutions managers.
• Oversee ads signals enablement, ensuring advertisers integrate key measurement products (pixels and conversions API).
• Drive strategic, cross-functional technical initiatives leveraging teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to remove technical obstacles.
• Lead advanced diagnostic procedures to troubleshoot client challenges and meet SLAs.
• Relay advertiser insights and feedback to shape product development and GTM strategies.
• Identify processes and tooling changes to scale support models.
• Share strategic themes and metrics with leadership.
