Job summary

DigiCert, a leader in digital trust, seeks a Technical Solutions Engineer in the United States to blend technical depth with sales acumen across a defined customer and partner portfolio. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and Account Managers to deliver business value, conduct demos and PoCs, and provide end-to-end technical guidance during the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of PKI, cryptography, and digital certificates.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, ServiceNow, and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and discovery calls to understand requirements.
• Lead or participate in product demonstrations and PoCs.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and configurations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to validate feasibility.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and bid documentation.
