Netguru is seeking a seasoned presales consultant to drive technical discovery, solution design, and compelling proposals for client engagements. You will partner with Delivery, Business Development, and Engineering teams to ensure feasible, technology-appropriate solutions and accurate scoping across projects.

The role requires a strong IT background, hands-on presales experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical foundation in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management.
• 4–7 years in IT services, software agencies, or consulting roles.
• End-to-end presales experience: discovery, proposals, and SOW drafting.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured technical solutions.
• Knowledge of estimation sizing and risk management in projects.
• Tech-agnostic mindset with ability to evaluate multiple technologies.
• Delivery alignment with engineering and delivery teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead expert-level discovery calls to translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Architect high-level solution frameworks addressing client challenges.
• Own end-to-end estimation with Delivery teams for feasibility and resources.
• Craft technical narratives for inbound sales proposals.
• Guide cross-functional presales process as the primary technical contact.
• Coordinate handover with Business Development, Delivery, and Engineering Managers.
