Job summary

TrustedTech is seeking a Solutions Architect, Presales, to act as a senior technical advisor between Sales and Delivery for our Services organization. You will lead discovery, architecture, scoping, estimation, and customer-facing technical sales for complex Microsoft cloud opportunities.

You will partner with Services Sales, Account Management, and Microsoft field teams to translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Data &

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture or presales roles with client-facing responsibility.
• Hands-on knowledge across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365/Modern Work.
• Experience leading discovery, estimates, proposals, and statements of work.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and technical audiences.
• Experience partnering with Delivery to validate scope and execution feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solution strategy for qualified Microsoft cloud opportunities.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and executive briefings with CIOs/CTOs/CISOs and business leaders.
• Translate requirements into well-architected recommendations and roadmaps.
• Own technical content of proposals and SOWs, ensuring clear scope and acceptance criteria.
• Engage with Microsoft sellers and partner teams on joint opportunities and architecture validation.
• Maintain knowledge of licensing constructs, Azure economics, and cost optimization.
