Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical roles requiring collaboration with senior customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or IT management.
• Experience supporting business capture with written and oral responses.
• Ability to present to senior government officials and evaluators.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-RFP business capture activities.
• Provide technical expertise to BD teams at Industry Day events and conferences.
• Review products with vendors to develop customer solutions across engineering/IT domains.
• Support RFI responses.
• Craft compelling proposal responses and staffing models.
• Brief senior executives, up to C-Suite, on status and strategy.
• Coordinate solutioning sessions with technical experts.
• Create CONOPS, SWOT analyses, risks and mitigations.
