Job summary

KBR in the United States is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive technical strategy and solution design for government, defense and intelligence opportunities. You will partner with BD, capture and proposal teams, translate objectives into innovative, compliant solutions and support win strategies across DoD and IC markets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 10+ years of experience, and active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 10 years of prior experience.
Experience leading technical solutioning with business development and capture teams in defense/intelligence markets.
Ability to derive customer solutions that meet objectives within cost and schedule.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with BD, Capture and Proposal teams to craft compelling, technically sound solutions.
Lead development of technical volumes for proposals and ensure RFP compliance.
Translate customer objectives into innovative technical solutions addressing mission challenges.
