Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive technical strategy and proposal design for government opportunities in the defense and intelligence space. The role emphasizes collaboration with Business Development and Capture to craft winning solutions that meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of experience in technical solutioning for DoD/IC, strong leadership, and a background in MBSE, DevSecOps, and cloud architectures to deliver innovative and compliant proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 10+ years of experience preferred or equivalent.
Experience leading technical solutions with business development and capture management for DoD/IC markets.
Knowledge of Cybersecurity, System of Systems, Software, Agile Engineering; MBSE, Digital Engineering.

Responsibilities

Engage in customer shaping, requirements gathering, and proposal support activities.
Lead development of technical volumes for proposals and ensure RFP compliance.
Translate customer objectives into innovative technical solutions and artifacts.
Develop system designs, roadmaps, and implementation plans for proposals.
Lead and write technical proposals, whitepapers, and other collaterals.
