Job summary

Agile Defense, LLC seeks a Senior Proposal Solutions Architect to lead the technical development and writing of competitive Federal proposals for DoD and Federal Civilian customers. The role requires hands-on experience authoring and guiding proposal content across RFPs, white papers, and solution narratives, from capture through submission.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical roles with collaboration and senior customer-facing communications.
• 6+ years supporting business capture with written and oral response development.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred fields engineering, CS, or IT management.

Responsibilities

• Write, lead, and develop technical content for Federal and DoD proposals.
• Produce RFP/RFI responses, technical volumes, white papers, solution narratives.
• Translate customer requirements into compliant, differentiated technical solutions.
• Lead technical solution development from early capture through submission.
• Participate in Pink/Red Team reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Develop AI, data, cloud, and emerging technology solutions aligned with Federal mission needs.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, Proposal teams, SMEs, and leadership.
• Support customer discussions, solutioning sessions, Industry Days, and oral presentations.
