Tangram Flex, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Growth Team and translate complex defense challenges into executable, customer-focused solutions.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to shape opportunities and demonstrate interoperability and architecture strategies. The role requires DoD domain knowledge, a security clearance or ability to obtain one, and 10–15 years in software/systems engineering or solutions architecture.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
• U.S. Government Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one). U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 10-15 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep familiarity with DoD systems, acquisition processes, and mission environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience supporting proposals, RFIs/RFPs, or capture efforts.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Growth and Account teams to qualify opportunities and shape technical strategies.
• Engage with Government customers, industry primes, and system integrators to understand mission needs and constraints.
• Address customer challenges with tailored technical solution architectures leveraging Tangram Flex software, solutions and services.
• Lead technical discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and solution workshops with stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Support proposal efforts including technical solutioning and architecture diagrams.
• Contribute to win strategies by aligning solutions with customer priorities (MOSA, interoperability, speed to field).
• Act as a trusted advisor on software architecture, integration, and modular system design.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer needs.
• Help define reference architectures and reusable solution patterns.
