Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Senior Principal Solutions Architect (Federal Civilian Growth) to lead technical strategy and growth in federal opportunities. This remote role partners with GTM, Capture, Proposal, Delivery, and Engineering to craft compelling technical approaches and win strategies for multi-million dollar programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience across technical consulting, engineering, architecture, delivery, or related technical environments.
• 5+ years of federal capture, business development, proposal strategy, sales engineering, or solutioning experience.
• Lead Solution Architect or solutioning lead for federal opportunities valued at $50M+.
• Experience supporting qualification, capture, and development of federal proposals.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused narratives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and shape strategic federal opportunities with Growth, Capture, and GTM leaders.
• Lead technical solutioning for large federal pursuits, >$50M, collaborating across Capture, Proposal, Engineering, and Growth teams.
• Support capture and proposals from early qualification through submission.
• Develop win themes, discriminators, and customer-focused narratives.
• Translate complex tech concepts into clear business value for customers.
• Collaborate with pricing, delivery, and engineering to align tech and growth strategies.
