You will support data-driven applications, relational databases, and APIs while collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams.

You will mentor staff, contribute to knowledge bases, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous, scalable support for customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical support or systems engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience; REST/SOAP API web services.
• Experience with Oracle and SAP environments; Linux/Unix exposure.
• Able to troubleshoot data-driven applications with XML sources and high-volume web services.
• Understanding of networking protocols and debugging across multiple tech stacks.
• Shell scripting, FTP scripting, and related scheduling tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as final escalation point for highly complex client technical issues.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for data-driven applications and APIs.
• Act as Customer Support liaison during pre- and post-implementation phases.
• Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to relay customer needs.
• Mentor and provide work leadership to less senior staff; manage escalations.
• Create and maintain technical knowledge base articles and best practices.
• Maintain shared environments; participate in on-call rotations.
