Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technical support, application troubleshooting, or systems engineering in a customer-facing or enterprise environment.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience; hands-on work with REST and SOAP API/web services; knowledge of Oracle and SAP environments; Linux/Unix exposure.
• Experience troubleshooting data-driven applications connected to relational databases, XML sources, and high-volume web services.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes customer escalations with composure and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills for supporting Tier 2 and junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as final escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for data-driven applications and enterprise technologies.
• Act as customer support liaison during pre- and post-implementation phases.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to scale processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less senior staff and manage escalations.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and best practice documentation.
