Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a seasoned Technical Services Engineer to lead engineering design, energy management, and retro-commissioning for complex, multi-building campuses in higher education and healthcare.

You will provide technical direction across all phases of the Cx process, mentor TS staff, and collaborate with project managers to ensure energy performance outcomes while upholding ENFRA’s standards of excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• PE license and authoritative expertise in building systems, energy management, and commissioning standards.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of mentoring technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ultimate technical authority and direction leader across all phases of the commissioning and development process.
• Masterfully integrates unified energy management solutions across complex, multidisciplinary project scopes.
• Maximizes project outcomes by providing a technical focus and balance between project constraints and required outcomes for the entire Technical Services organization.
• Strategically identifies gaps in project execution and establishes SOPs and company-wide standards to resolve systemic issues.
• Informs significant business decisions while successfully executing other major project assignments.
• Cultivates technical staff capability by driving the training, coaching, and mentorship frameworks across the Technical Services organization.
• Handles highly complex system integrations, peer reviews, and advanced optimization of multi-system plants.
