Job summary

ENFRA Solutions seeks a Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects. The role provides technical direction in developing and implementing energy conservation measures for retro-commissioning across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare settings.

The TSE collaborates with project managers to ensure successful delivery of energy and operational performance outcomes, mentoring TS staff and ensuring strong client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and analyze complex systems.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys.
• Coordinates site surveys to determine facility conditions and scope requirements.
• Develop energy conservation strategies for RCx projects.
• Assist design teams with integrating energy strategies for energy management.
• Review RFPs for equipment and services procurement.
• Review critical equipment and system submittals for conformance.
• Conduct commissioning reviews and occasional peer reviews of design documents.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system installation and setup problems.
• Complete technical reports and support new tools for project execution.
• Uphold ENFRA brand through excellent work execution.
