Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects. You will provide technical direction across commissioning, RCx, and multi-building portfolios in education and healthcare settings, with focus on HVAC, building automation, and energy optimization.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in engineering design or energy management, a PE license, and proven leadership. Expect 30–40% travel and a mandate to mentor TS staff while delivering high-quality client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
7+ years in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
PE license required.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Experience with building automation and energy management systems.

Responsibilities

Independently executes all technical design, pre-construction, and construction-phase engineering tasks.
Leads site surveys to determine existing facility conditions and requirements.
Integrates energy conservation strategies for unified energy management.
Collaborates in project engineering to align with codes and standards.
Advises the project team on technical resources to meet outcomes.
Troubleshoots complex equipment and system installations and optimizes upgrades.
Develops new tools to support project execution.
Provides leadership and mentorship within Technical Services.
Develops training material for Technical Services teams.
