Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to lead the commissioning of Energy-as-a-Service projects. You will guide the RCx and Cx processes, optimize building systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on multi-campus portfolios in healthcare and higher education settings.

The role emphasizes deep expertise in MEP design, energy management, and building automation. A PE license and 10+ years of experience are preferred to drive execution quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

PE license is required.
10+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
Authoritative technical expertise in building systems and energy management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority across all phases of commissioning and development.
Integrate energy management solutions across complex project scopes.
Balance project constraints with outcomes for the Technical Services organization.
Identify gaps and establish SOPs to resolve systemic issues.
Inform major business decisions while executing key assignments.
Coach and mentor Technical Services staff and teams.
Manage complex system integrations and advanced optimization of multi-system plants.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
