ENFRA LLC is seeking a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) to support Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects. The role provides technical direction for RCx activities across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare, focusing on building automation and energy management.

You will collaborate with the engineer of record to optimize performance and mentor Technical Services staff. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in engineering, a PE license, 7+ years in the field, and hands-on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
7+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
Professional Engineering (PE) license.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor others.
Advanced ability to problem solve and analyze complex systems.

Responsabilités

Independently executes all technical design, pre-construction, and construction-phase engineering tasks.
Leads site surveys to determine facility conditions and requirements.
Integrates energy conservation strategies for unified energy management.
Collaborates in project engineering to align with codes, standards, and practices.
Advises project team on technical/resource requirements to meet outcomes.
Troubleshoots complex equipment and systems and optimizes upgrades.
Identifies gaps in project execution and creates standards to solve issues.
Develops new tools to support project execution.
Provides leadership and mentoring within the Technical Services organization.
Develops training material for Technical Services teams and provides post-implementation training.
