Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 10–12 years in thermal/chiller systems with prior sales or customer-facing experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing technical or application engineering teams.
• Deep technical knowledge of chillers, heat rejection systems, and large-scale data center cooling.
• Strong understanding of hyperscale data center design, capacity scaling, and cooling infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of GSA-focused Technical Sales Engineers in chiller systems.
• Provide expert technical guidance on Vertiv's Thermal Solutions throughout the sales cycle.
• Drive engagement in hyperscale accounts with early involvement in design discussions.
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to improve penetration and positioning.
• Educate hyperscale customers and partners on chiller portfolio and system integration.
