Vertiv seeks a Thermal Program Leader, Hyperscale to drive strategy, adoption, profitability, and execution of advanced thermal management solutions for hyperscale data centers across the Americas. This role partners with hyperscale customers and internal teams to align roadmaps and deployment plans from concept to deployment.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Management - Thermal, the role owns the Americas portfolio strategy for liquids cooling, CDUs/XDUs, direct-to-chip cooling, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or related field.
• 8–12 years leading complex product/program initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive strategy and execution with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead hyperscale thermal initiatives across the Americas.
• Develop relationships with hyperscale customers and voice of the customer.
• Define Americas strategy for liquid cooling and high-density cooling technologies.
• Own full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance and strategy.
