Qualifications

• Experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical role in software, ideally SaaS.
• Hands‑on knowledge of film, TV, or commercial production and post‑production workflows, such as dailies, editorial, review and approval, and media management.
• Strong technical discovery skills and the ability to map and re‑architect workflows across production, post, and IT teams.
• Ability to speak credibly about cloud security, access controls, and content protection with studio IT and security stakeholders.
• Confidence presenting to both technical teams and executive leaders with clarity and business relevance.
• Experience supporting complex sales cycles, including proofs of concept and technical validation.
• Talent for simplifying complexity and linking technology decisions to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with producers, post supervisors, editors, DITs, VFX and pipeline leads, and studio IT and security teams.
• Map current state production and post workflows, identify bottlenecks in dailies, review, and media handling, and design future state workflows powered by Flow Capture.
• Partner with Flow Capture Principal Sales Specialists to build deal strategy and deliver coordinated customer engagement.
• Support Flow Studio Sales Specialists on Enterprise opportunities with technical demos and integration guidance.
• Deliver precise, high impact demos showing how Flow solves production problems from camera-to-cloud to secure review.
• Own technical closure by validating requirements and leading proofs of concept.
• Lead responses to security reviews and content protection requirements with internal teams.
• Scope integrations with cameras, on-set hardware, editorial and finishing tools and Flow Production Tracking.
• Help build the team's technical foundation: demo environments, security docs, and reusable assets.
• Stay aligned with Product and Engineering to bring customer feedback to the roadmap.
