Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive technical leadership and business guidance within the regional sales team. You will evangelize and architect Rubrik’s Cyber Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools to new and existing customers in the UKI region.

The role focuses on owning technical pre-sales, developing integrated solutions, and presenting to both technical staff and senior management. This position advances Rubrik’s mission to secure and optimize data across cloud

Qualifications

5-10 years of sales engineering experience in software or data center environments.
Broad technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to customers and internal staff during pre-sales activities.
Analyze, design and propose integrated technology solutions meeting customer requirements.
Demonstrate Rubrik products and architectures to customers and executives.
Develop and propose technology solutions that meet business goals.
Lead technical sales calls and qualify opportunities based on customer requirements and funding.
