Job summary

Rubrik is seeking skilled Sales Engineers to provide technical direction and business guidance to regional sales teams. You will be accountable for regional revenue goals by driving technical programs and overseeing day-to-day account activities, evangelizing and architecting Rubrik’s Cyber Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools for new and existing customers in the UKI region.

Qualifications

5–10 years of sales engineering experience in software or data-center environments.
Breadth of knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
Entrepreneurial, with strong work ethic and result-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to customers and internal staff for integrated solutions during pre-sales.
Analyze, design and develop integrated technology solutions with customers.
Demonstrate Rubrik product expertise and architectural capabilities in SAN and related spaces.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on technical issues and business applications.
Lead technical sales calls and present to customer technical staff and executives.
Qualify opportunities based on customer requirements, competition, decision process and funding.
Collaborate with account teams, partners and resources to support sales objectives.
Engage in multiple demos per day with timely follow-up.
