Job summary

Rubrik is hiring Sales Engineers to deliver technical direction and strategic guidance to regional sales teams. You will drive technical programs and manage day-to-day account activities, evangelizing Rubrik’s Cyber Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools to new and existing customers in the UKI region.

As a trusted technology advisor, you will present to both technical staff and senior management, lead technical sales calls, and collaborate with the broader team to close opportunities

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales engineering experience in software or data center environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on, can-do attitude with a results-driven approach.
• Broad technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to customers and internal staff during pre-sales activities.
• Analyze, design and develop integrated technology solutions for customers.
• Demonstrate Rubrik products and architectures to customers and executives.
• Propose solutions that meet customer technology and business requirements.
• Lead technical sales calls and qualify opportunities based on customer needs and budget.
