Job summary
Leadout Capital seeks an experienced resilience engineering professional to drive technical resilience across complex, multi-domain technology estates in a global environment. You will implement governance, coordinate with security and product engineering, and translate technical findings into executive-ready reports.
You will lead automated feedback loops and after-action reviews, leveraging AI/LLM tools to drive measurable improvements and ensure audit-ready posture with SOC 2 and DORA
Qualifications
- 5+ years in resilience engineering or a related discipline within a global tech organization.
- Hands-on experience with disaster recovery, observability, safe change and availability management.
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools and LLMs in engineering or operations.
- Excellent written communication for executive-level briefs.
Responsibilities
- Drive TRG cadence and translate governance into repeatable, auditable processes for ERB reporting.
- Partner with domain leads to define consistent RTO/RPO definitions, reporting standards, and workflows.
- Lead risk-based exercising to reduce resilience risk and improve operational resilience.
- Operationalize automated feedback and AAR pipelines using AI-assisted parsing to track improvements.
- Benchmark Salesforce's resilience posture against SOC 2, DORA, and peer standards; ensure audit-readiness.
