You will work directly with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and senior technology leaders to develop sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-house technical recruitment.
• Proven ability to recruit Software Engineers and other specialist technical roles.
• Strong track record of direct sourcing and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical recruitment across software eng, AI/ML, data engineering, and related disciplines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with senior leaders.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple tech domains.
• Partner with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and senior stakeholders to align hiring priorities.
• Lead searches from briefing through offer, including senior/difficult-to-fill roles.
• Advise stakeholders on market intelligence, compensation trends, and location considerations.
