Job summary
CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner in New York to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI roles. You will lead searches for Senior Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and ML Engineers, collaborating with engineering leaders to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
You will bring hands-on sourcing, market intelligence, and strong candidate-facing skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including software engineering and technical roles.
- Experience hiring Senior Software Engineers, AI Engineers, ML Engineers or similar.
- Advanced hands-on technical sourcing and outreach to passive candidates.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and AI roles.
- Translate requirements into candidate profiles and interview plans.
- Lead recruiter screens and assess technical experience and fit.
- Develop and adjust sourcing strategies and pipelines.
- Partner with engineering leaders on compensation expectations and timelines.
