Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and AI roles in the United States. You will partner with Engineering leaders, conduct deep technical screens, and drive proactive sourcing across premier platforms to build strong pipelines for software engineering, AI/ML, and related specialties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including ownership of mid- to senior-level technical searches.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical recruitment for Engineering and AI roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into candidate profiles and interview plans.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical experience, ownership, and motivation.
• Proactively manage searches and maintain momentum through hiring processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies using talent mapping and market knowledge.
• Advise managers on candidate availability, compensation expectations, and timelines.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
• Build pipelines for Software Engineering, AI/ML, and emerging disciplines.
• Provide data-driven updates on progress, pipeline quality, and hiring risks.
