Job summary

DAMAC Digital US is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Individual Contributor) to be based in our Miami Beach, FL office and attract top-tier talent for DAMAC Digital US. The role will work closely with US and Dubai teams and manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offers.

You will recruit across Technology, Corporate, Engineering or Data Centre roles, leveraging ATS and sourcing tools. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking and a passion for candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with attention to candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
• Use data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Build employer brand through outreach, social media and talent marketing.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders on succession planning and internal mobility.
