Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in agency, retained search, or in-house settings.
• Demonstrated success placing senior or executive-level candidates.
• Experience in data centers, infrastructure, construction, real estate, energy, or finance is advantageous.
• Advanced sourcing capability and sound candidate judgment.
• Clear, concise communication with senior stakeholders.
• Based in Miami, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end search processes, from intake through offer and onboarding,
• identify, approach, and engage senior and executive talent in a highly competitive market,
• evaluate candidates on technical capability, ownership, operational depth, and executive presence,
• advise hiring managers on market conditions, candidate fit, and hiring decisions,
• prepare candidates for senior-level and executive interviews,
• develop talent pipelines and market intelligence across the data center and infrastructure sectors.
