Job summary

DAMAC Digital US is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Individual Contributor) to be based in our Miami Beach, FL office and attract top-tier talent for DAMAC Digital US. The role will work closely with US and Dubai teams and manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offers.

You will recruit across Technology, Corporate, Engineering or Data Centre roles, leveraging ATS and sourcing tools. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking and a passion for candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

We are seeking an experienced full-time Talent Acquisition professional to be based in our Miami Beach, Florida office to attract and hire top-tier talent for both DAMAC Digital US. The ideal candidate will work closely with our US and Dubai teams and will be responsible for sourcing high caliber talent from the US market. This is an office-based position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on talent planning and role requirements.
• Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build a strong employer brand through targeted outreach, social media presence, and talent marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
