Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced, onsite environment. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse technical roles and partner with hiring managers to attract top technology talent.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Engineers/Scientists, Architects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud tech (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern tech stacks.
• Ability to influence hiring managers with market trends and compensation insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to start date.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and technical requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage top technical talent.
• Recruit for Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, and Architecture roles.
• Screen candidates and evaluate technical qualifications and fit.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to managers.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate records in Workday and monitor recruiting metrics.
