Job summary

MS Shift, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent across engineering, product, and IT functions. You will partner with hiring managers and leadership to scale the team and shape hiring strategy.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and pipelines, conduct both technical and behavioral screenings, and manage interview processes across teams while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines
• Proactively source candidates via:
• LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
• Referrals and talent pipelines
• Conduct technical and behavioral screenings
• Coordinate and manage interview processes across teams
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse, Lever)
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Track and report on recruiting metrics:
• Time-to-fill
• Offer acceptance rate
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software companies
• Familiarity with Azure / Cloud / modern web technologies
• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills
• Experience working closely with Salesforce or CRM-driven environments
• Time-to-fill: < 30–45 days (depending on role)
