Job summary

Sustainable Talent is seeking a Sr. Technical/Software Recruiter to support an automotive supplier and manufacturing client. You’ll lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and build diverse talent pipelines while delivering a data-driven hiring strategy.

You’ll manage 25–30 active requisitions across technical, design, software, and manufacturing roles, partnering with hiring managers to ensure compliant, efficient, and candidate‑centered outcomes in a collaborative, growth‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical, IT, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing 25–30 active requisitions across multiple disciplines.
• Experience recruiting for design, technical, software, automotive, and engineering roles.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with hiring leaders with a bias for action.
• Strong collaboration, curiosity to learn, and data-driven recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer.
• Manage 25–30 roles concurrently with timely delivery and high-quality candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to align workforce plans and recruiting strategies.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and community engagement.
• Deliver data-driven talent insights for workforce planning.
