Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Engineers/Scientists, Architects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud tech (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern tech stacks.
• Ability to influence hiring managers with market trends and compensation insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to start date.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and technical requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage top technical talent.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter- Senior to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting technology hiring initiatives. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical recruiting, excels at sourcing passive candidates, understands today\'s technology landscape, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meeting through candidate start date.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and business objectives.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent.
• Recruit for a variety of technology positions, including Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, and Architecture roles.
• Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate technical qualifications and overall fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, compensation trends, and talent availability insights.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within Workday.
• Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill, and overall recruiting performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with hiring leaders, business partners, and technical communities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting for technical positions such as:
• Software Engineers
• Cloud Engineers
• DevOps Engineers
• Cybersecurity Professionals
• Data Engineers/Data Scientists
• Architects
• Infrastructure Engineers
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), and modern technology stacks.
• Experience influencing hiring managers through recruiting strategy, market trends, compensation insights, and talent intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
