Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a contract Recruiting Lead to own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product roles across North American teams. This six-month hybrid engagement requires on-site work three days per week at a Salesforce hub location, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and relationship-building with hiring managers and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a focus on Software Engineering, Infrastructure, or Product roles.
• Proven track record recruiting in a technology or SaaS engineering environment; generic recruiting backgrounds without technical exposure will not be considered.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week at your nearest Salesforce hub.
• Strong passive candidate sourcing skills; proactive outreach and networking are central to this role.
• Working knowledge of the technical talent market, including engineering org structures, personas, and compensation norms for software roles.
• Proficiency with ATS and TMS tools for pipeline tracking, workflow management, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage hiring manager relationships and candidate processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product roles, from sourcing to close.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach to maintain a strong pipeline of passive technical candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical leadership to understand role requirements and translate them into targeted candidate profiles.
• Track and analyze recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and optimize pipelines.
• Manage candidate progress using ATS/TMS tools and generate recruiting reports.
• Support conversion of top candidates into full-time engagements when appropriate.
