Job summary

Employer.com is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a hybrid contract role based out of a Salesforce hub in Chicago. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Technical roles. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing and strong relationship-building with hiring managers.

Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of experience in technical recruiting within the SaaS industry, showcasing strong candidate sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS tools. Compensation is competitive, with a possibility of conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience focused on Software Engineering, Infrastructure, or Product roles.
• Proven track record recruiting in a technology or SaaS engineering environment.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week at the nearest Salesforce hub.
• Understanding of engineering org structures and compensation norms.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Technical roles.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach to maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
• Track and analyze key recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
