Job summary

Employer.com, part of the Recruiter.com family, has partnered with Salesforce to place contract recruiting talent supporting their North American Engineering and Product organization. This is a six-month hybrid contract with three days on-site at a Salesforce hub; you will own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product roles.

You will develop strategic outreach to passive technical candidates, partner with hiring managers to translate complex engineering

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, or Product roles.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week at your nearest Salesforce hub.
• Strong passive candidate sourcing skills; proactive outreach and networking are central.
• Working knowledge of the technical talent market, including engineering org structures, personas, and compensation norms.
• Proficiency with ATS and TMS tools for pipeline tracking, workflow management, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product roles.
• Manage the candidate journey from sourcing through close.
• Develop strategic outreach to passive technical candidates and maintain a strong pipeline in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical leadership to translate requirements into candidate profiles.
• Track KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and generate recruiting reports.
