Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with multiple drone teams and recruit software engineers with robotics domain experience. This hybrid role is based in Costa Mesa, CA or Seattle, WA with an in-office expectation of 3 days per week.

You will own the end-to-end recruiting process, sourcing aggressively, building relationships with hiring leaders, and delivering top-tier engineering talent to propel Anduril's mission in defense technology.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles and closing top engineering talent.
• Experience hiring candidates within robotics domains (computer vision, perception, motion planning, mapping).
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers and Directors, updating pipeline progress.
• Consultative guidance leading to improved outcomes and strong candidate experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles within the business.
• Clear and effective communication to understand motivation and fit.
• Experience managing multiple candidate funnels and tracking progress.
• Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems.
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.

Responsibilities

• Source, track and manage high-volume candidates with stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Scale growth through cross-functional collaboration and operating rhythm.
• Embed into the business to understand product, roadmap and team culture.
• Pitch opportunities to top technical talent and close exceptional hires.
• Analyze pipeline data to drive momentum and strategic insights.
• Develop recruiting strategies for long-range growth and referrals.
• Utilize prospecting tools and drive process improvements.
• Conduct interviews and forecast candidate fit with hiring managers.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, referrals and SOBO campaigns.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
