Process Paramarsh Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and consulting roles in the United States.

You will partner with hiring managers and account managers to build pipelines, screen candidates, interview, and negotiate offers for contract and permanent positions. You will leverage sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to identify top talent, coordinate assessments, and ensure a strong candidate experience while

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment
Strong knowledge of ERP, Salesforce, Coupa, Cloud, AI/Data, and Digital roles
Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and consulting roles
Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess fit
Coordinate assessments, interviews, and client submissions
Mentor junior recruiters and report recruitment metrics
