Job summary

Praxent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own hard US technical requisitions, from intake to offer, with a 35-day time-to-hire target. You will craft outreach, manage multi-channel campaigns in Greenhouse, and coach interviewers to ensure rigorous, evidence-based decisions.

You’ll partner with VPs and practice leads, use AI-native tooling for sourcing and screening, and maintain a high standard of candidate and stakeholder communication across the US market.

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Demonstrable ability to write outreach and candidate communications ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with multi-channel sequencing and the judgment to select channels that earn replies.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience, including CRM campaigns, pools, scorecards and reporting.
• Comfort running intake, calibration and difficult conversations with executives and practice leaders.
• Ability to read conversion and funnel data and turn it into defendable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Fill the Roles: Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer with time-to-hire under 35 days.
• Own the Outreach: Write outreach sequences and build campaigns in Greenhouse; defend channel choices.
• Raise the Bar: Review candidate and stakeholder communications and coach interviewers for evidence-based decisions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers: Run intake/calibration with VPs and practice leads to decisive outcomes.
• Use AI-Native Tooling: Leverage AI for sourcing, screening and drafting, ensuring quality before candidate delivery.
