Electronic Systems Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a part-time remote engagement to source, screen and hire qualified IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles.

This role partners with account managers, hiring managers and client stakeholders to find top talent and ensure client requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. You will manage ATS pipelines, coordinate interviews and negotiate offers, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years recruiting experience for technical IT positions.
• Working knowledge of IT terminology and technologies.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place qualified IT professionals for client engagements across a range of technical roles.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Use AI-enabled sourcing and automation tools to build pipelines faster and improve candidate quality.
• Coordinate interviews and act as liaison between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by explaining client environment and role expectations.
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep records in the ATS.
• Negotiate compensation and manage the offer process.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of IT professionals for current and future needs.
• Meet recruiting metrics for submissions, placements, time-to-fill and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on technology trends and labor market conditions.
